My daughter Vandana, on 19.11.2016, booked a consignment from Noida, containing important items, to be delivered on 22.11.2016 at Baroda, via AWB bill no. w 991B2531115, but the same is delivered today i.e. 24.11.2016 at 5.00 PM that too after follow up at Noida. Due to inordinate delay, I suffered loss of more than Rs.10000/-. I am going to lodge complaint with Jago Grahak Gago. Please note- RR Tiwari-9408151365
