I ordered refurbished oneplus 6 mobile phone on paytm from goodasnew and the phone is very defective product camera is not working and charger too

And on the second day I registered return request and they approved too but after 10days they rejected my request

I mean how can they reject my request after 10 days of approving it

Plz solve it the seller is also not recieving calls
