Problem with sharp inverter ac

We had purchased sharp inverted AC from its authorized dealer in anand i.e. Sarvoday Sales corporation on 5-05-2015. All the installation charges were paid during the first installation, however the dealer had not provided company authorized service agent as a result the installation was improper. Due to this the coolant gas had leaked from AC 3 times since installation and we had suffered gas fillage charges twice. Since last one month the problem of gas leakage is persisting and hence we approached to the dealer and original company office in ahmedabad to provide us proper installation and gas filling without any charges. however, neither the company nor the dealer is ready to bear the charges and resolve the issue. Still the problem is persisting and no one has taken prompt action. Moreover, the company service agents had once visited our house and dismantled the entire ac piping which is still in same condition
