I have purchased Haier refrigerator from Vijay sales, but it was not coming inside our house so we removed our main door and they tried but it was not going inside the hall, as it is 565 ltr and big in nature we cannot keep it in hall and it is not at all installed. We asked there delivery people to take back but they said that if we remove doors then it will go.
When Haier technician visited he said even after you remove doors it won’t go inside, so we asked Vijay sales for refund but they are not giving us refund or replacement as we paid full amount.
This is injustice that we have not used and installed the product yet.
