Non payment of bill amount to telephone operator

Have done bill payment for my reliance number on 1st April online through freecharge for Rs. 392 and they given me receipt also for same for transaction completion.

After 6 days when I came to know they haven't done payment to telephone operator then have written a mail to them on which they told your transaction not done and you will get rupees refunded in 5-7 days time.

Due to which I was charged Rs. 100 late payment fees also and have to do again direct payment to telephone operator with late payment fee.

After that their customer care told they are going to refund me back late charges by operator once bill is raised, when I submitted bill copy they refusing to pay and saying this was a technical/operator related issue, we cannot provide any delay compensation/due charges on the same.

They just making customers fool by doing transactions and keep money for 15-20 days and after that refunding after 1 week.


I want serious actions to be taken by government against this organization for making persons fool.
