My Customer Code is 501/S0323 . It is an APPEAL for looking into my Grievances against:
Sushant Megapolis Project (ANSAL API)


My Major Grievances are given as under:
1. Allotting Residential Plot No. 3B/180 measuring 10m x 20m (200 sq.m.) on 14/02/2011, on Disputed Land practically under Farmers’ Control, and making False Promises of Giving Possession:


My genuine demands are given below:
D-1) The company should compensate me with 18% per annum cumulative interest on my advance payment w.e.f. the date of booking of plot on 14.02.2011. The developer company should own accountability for allotting me residential Plot No.3B/180 on disputed land, and making false promises of giving its possession . Whatever penal charges the company demands from buyers for delayed payments, the errant developer should pay the victimised buyers in the same manner.
