Seeking reimburse of money for not maintaining the standards/promises as per agreement

Sir,The builder has not given branded fittings in the house as per agreement and delayed completion. Further, dampness was observed before occupying house. He has not rectified till today. Also, wrongly only salt water connection was given in common bathroom. Even some electric connections (switches) were not done systematically and provision for inverter is missing (with inverter).We have also reported small problem in the main door lock. He did not replace it. Work in parking area is incomplete and lighting connections were not provided in common areas. We have spent money for that. He has collected money for quality work but not maintained the quality and service. Bathroom roof is leaking. No action was taken even after repeated e-mails. The owner in 2nd floor is not ready to repair the leak in his bathroom pipe. Photo is attached and refund of Rs.5 lakhs requested or branded fittings and dampness correction and repainting of leaked areas on the walls to be done by the builder. Please buy house for peaceful living in our case we bought problems.
