Hi Sir, Madam, I purchased row house in 2016 from Chaitanya Developer @ Shirpur Dist Dhule. When we got possession that time work is not completed fully and not proper but based on mutual respect we accepted it with condition to do it in within month but still date I'm chasing and buildig is now damaged most of walls and RCC work which will be caused to risk for us any time. This was our first house so we took it probably loan which I'm repaying from 2016 with ROI 9.40% to bank and builder took money and went out not responding even I tried to send lagel notice one time from advocate but on that as well no response from them. The construction quality is very very bad not a single wall is OK in 1200 sqft house..every wall is heavily danger and not sure when that will fall down considering property age is only 4-5 years it should not be there and this damages are since day one I have sent an email communication at that time but no response on that as well. I paid almost 20 lack to buy this house but my money totally wasted due to this fraud selling by developer.need your help to get my work done in proper way or refund the amount whatever I paid with interest and current valuation to serve to buy new house. Whatever he used in house all are very local quality and damaged within few months even electric cables are burned out in week only. Builder contact number 9325885856 Wagh
