It is to inform you that I have Purchased new Flat at “Mayureshwar Park” Flat No. 305, D-Wing, 3rd Floor, Village Bhopar, Dombilivi (East), Tal. Kalyan, Dist. Thane. Which is built by company “M/s Mayureshwar Construction”.

I have paid the full amount to company against Home Loan with IDBI Bank - Account No. 0669675100026974 against Sale of Agreement Dated 12th December 2014. But there is Delay in Construction & till date today I have not got the possession of the Flat.

My Complaint against the M/s Mayureshwar Construction (Proprietor Mr. Suraj Vasant Palkar) is that there is Delay in Construction & not getting the possession of the Flat. NO Work at all at the construction site since last 12 months.
