Dear Sir / Madam,

I had booked the residential plot from small property developer by name Shoba Properties located in Mysore in Nov'19 & collected the property documents for legal verification by making a booking amount of Rs.25000

The Company has no website or official email id & below their contact details
Address: 338, 1st main, surya bakery road, railway layout, Vijayanagar 2nd stage, Mysuru, Karnataka 570017

Now due to Covid-19 situation am forced to cancel the plot booking considering the circumstances fearing of losing the job & savings due to commitments. I do not want to risk my family which is more important than investing on plot at this moment.

Shoba properties insisted me to accept the refund Rs. 20000 on booking amount of Rs.25000/-
I'm against his decision, because the plot was booked in Nov'19 & property owner failed to provide one final legal document e-Khata required by my legal consultant to approve.
The Property owner took almost 8 months to get that document.

Now, when I asked to refund the entire amount of Rs.25000/-, Shoba properties is blaming me with illogical reasons & saying that he lost the customers all these days since I did not buy the plot, he has incurred expenses for my site visit & conveyance to get the e-khata from the sub-registration office.

This is purely cheating & its my hard earned i have given to him & want to teach him a lesson. Pls help
