Sir,

WE have booked Flat in Bangalore from TGS Construction Pvt Ltd in My Inlaw Name Ms. S Chandra in 2015, due to family problem we have cancelled the Flat in Aug-16 & we have received Security Chq for Rs. 7,50,000/- dated 16-12-16 , 19-12-16 & 22-12-2016. Before depositing the Chq to bank we have enquired the same in bank & found that account is closed for the Builders. When we have visited their office no one taking responsibility to hear our problem. As per agreement we are suppose to collect the within 45 days & inspite of that they gave us for Dec-16 dated Post dated Cheques. Like us they have cheated so many people came to office & enquiring the same. They have giving excuses everything will be sorted out. They have they Cheated more people. As we middle class people very difficult to handle this type of people. Also none of the Police is accepting Complaint against them.
