Noise due to construstion work during early morning and late night

Hello All,

We are living in Kohinoor Tinsel County Bhoirwadi Gaon Near TCS Hinjewadi Phase3. We are facing daily issue as there is not fixed timing for construction work which is going on just next to our society. The Rama Group construction company 's one project "Fusion Tower" is under construction and they do not have any proper work timings. They starts construction work early morning from 7 AM till mid night 12AM. We are working professional and currently working from Home. There are many people who are doing night shifts, also there are many newlh born babies in the society which is getting disturb due to untimely construction work and heavy vehical noise. We have requested them manh time to start the Construction Work from 8 AM and stopped it by 8PM. We called police multiple times as well but no proper action has been taken.

We are requesting to please help us to get this issue resolved.
