I booked a flat in June 2017 at "Suburbia Eastate Project, Lonikand, Pune, Maharashtra" and as per the agreement flat possession was in August 2020, but builder yet to be give possession. also not ready to give compensation. He also not ready to get my money back. Builder name is Mr. Pranay Prakash Shingi, Saurabh Eknath Gule & Abhijeet Vasant Shende.
