Faulty construction of my flat in Cosmos Habitat, Thane

I had purchased a flat in Cosmos Habitat Thane, a real estate project owned by Cosmos group thane. I got possession in June 2019.
In monsoon we found there are leakages/ seepages in almost all rooms. Society is not yet formed and builder office is still there in our premises. So we complained to builder about these leakages and they said that they will repair it after monsoon. It's December now and nothing has been done so far. So we sent reminder to them. But there is no response. We also called coomos:s construction people at our building site. But they are giving various excuses.
I request your kind honour to take necessary action against builder.
