Flat Booking cancellation refund issue, booked flat in Sankalp group Tatvam project.

Dear Sir,
I have booked flat in Sankalp group Tatvam project. Against booking i have paid 1,36,250/- by cheque on 2nd march'18.
Sankal group committed us for Home loan but they could not fulfill their commitment also his sales person Mr.Krishna told us if Home loan does not happen then you dont worry we will refund 100% amount, give us one week time, we have given 15days time, then Ms. Sandhaya who is handling loan process, she told me that you fill up cancellation form but then she didnt send me, when i ask her she told me as per RERA Cancellation is not possible. They are making fool of us since last 2 months. Kindly help us to get refund. We are middle class family. It is a very huge amount for Us. My Mobile no is as follows 8949728044
