Extreme delay by builder Shriram in Bangalore

I have booked a property in Shriram Summit (http://www.shriramproperties.com/summitt/) in Electronic city in Bangalore. I have paid more than 70% of the amount, and even the floor of our flat has not been laid till now. The builder has been delaying the project since last one year without any reason, and the management is also not responsive. The construction work was at standstill from May '16 - Sept '16 and and our flat was due to be delivered in Dec '16. The builder has now updated timelines to Apr '18 and that does not even include the grace period.
We have a group of 500+ property owners who are very disappointed and frustrated with this, as our hard earned taxed money is stuck, and builder is not helping.
With the demonetization, the builder has got a better excuse and has taken it up as a reason for not doing anything. The builder has also said that due to demonetization, we will not be paid any delay penalty.
The management is unreachable and the CRM team is unresponsive for complaints. They kept giving false promises throughout last year and now they are not accepting any responsibility.

    I booked the flat in 2014 and completion is no where in the sight. They are now delaying the timeline to Dec 2019. They have built legal loop holes to get away without paying penalty of delay.

    Shriram Cheat properties limited is not at all trustworthy builder.
