Hello team,

This is regarding a purchase of apartment from a builder(Prabhavathi Builders) in Bangalore.
I have purchased a 2BHK apartment on Jan 25 2014 and as per the agreement the Builder is suppose to give the possession of the flat on March 2016.
Builder has already taken rupees 19,80,000/-.

Now the builder has stopped the construction and is not available to meet any of the customers.
He has just built one slab for whole of the site and construction is completely stopped now.
We are not getting any reply from the builder and the MD of the company is not available for any customers for any sort of discussion.
We tried all possible things to talk to the builder but no result.

I would like to cancel my flat and get the refund of the money paid with the interest. Builder is not ready to pay the refund amount as well.

Here are the payment details.

Paid Amount - Date

Rs. 100000 on 16/02/2014
Rs. 560000 on 07/03/2014
Rs. 495000 on 04/02/2015
Rs. 495000 on 30/04/2015

Interest paid to the bank so far = ~65000/-
Rs. 330000 on 30/10/2015

Please help me in getting my refund amount.
