Court Stay on Project - No work since Launch

My wife and i have booked a shop with Mounthill in upcoming Rajarhat Central Mall. We have paid Rs.2,26,395/- and Rs.11,236/- (CA) to them in Sep 2014 and Feb 2015. All slips are attached herewith. They have not started any construction in last 3 years as there is a Gas Godown at the site who holds a stay from court. I had requested to them several times for refund as it is a disputed site, but they are not refunding. Please help me to get my money back from them with interest.
