Respected sir,
I bought premium quality tiles of Sez vitrified Pvt Ltd. from distributor Janak Ceramic, Surat. But I received 70-80 % product are defective (like bending tiles and sizing issues). Its look like second quality products. Now company refuse to accept their fault and refund amount.
