I had booked 2 tickets on 07-03-2018 In Irctc From Nellore - secunderabad(Hyderabad Express), In payment Gateway I Give payment via andhra bank net banking... to Zaakpay.. money debited from bank account 1335/- and it shows 404 error page.. Ticket not confirmed, Money not refunded. Pls take the complaint and refund my amount

    both pnr status is showing refunded both i didn't get any amount kindly tell me when will i got my refund amount.
