TDR AMOUNT NOT REFUND BY RAILWAY

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I have file a TDR in the the month of NOV-14 with PNR Number: 8451317624. Till date i didn't got the refund amount from Railway department. Till date i am doing mail communication with the railway & I am getting same reply on that i.e. it is under progress with the concerned department.

It is 9th month over but i didn't got the refund amount for the same.

If i am trying to check status online with my user id, But not able to check because it was removed from site. This is the thing done by the railway. Please look in to matter & do the needful asa.
