I Mr Lokanath Swain was booking a 3rd A.C. Tatkala ticket in Straight express (12345) on 9th August 2017.
Due to some technical problem my ticket could not be booked whereas payment of Rs.1690 was debited from my account.
The ticket is also not showing in my booked ticket account.
I am not able to access my registered mail account for which I am not able to register the complaint from it.
So I request you to kindly reimburse the amount at the earliest possible.
