Refund of cancelled railway ticket not received from irctc

I was booked a railway ticket online via visa card on 16.6.16 having PNR NUMBER : 2865802370 and cancelled the same on 17.6.16 on irctc website. But till now i was not rreceived my refund and on irctc account it shows the status for refund is refunded. After so many mails and calls to irctc no response received. Kindly help me in getting my refund back.
