Dear Sir,

Please look into this matter. As per railway guideline parking amount on two wheeler for more than 24 hours Rs. 10 per day. but in last month i want jodhpur to jaipur by morning intercity train i park my two wheeler in parking main gate for 5 days. ( from 30 March 16 to 2 April 16) and i am pay Rs.50/- but Contractor employee not accepts this amount and demand me for 20 /- per days charges for parking. i also fight with his employees but he refuse my request and clear told me please pay 20/- per day other wise move your bike from our parking. please help this is very critical issue because parking charge taken just double. and no body take this responsibility.

    Dear sir,
    I have parkd my car at jodhpur railway station on 6-08-2017 at9:00am , for 24 hours they have charged Rs. 150/-. Can you please explain is it fair policy.?
    Parking charges are more than train tickts. Kindly think about it and explain.

    There is no display of parking rate in agra cantt ..the parking vendor intentionally hides the rate even in the parking slip..
    As there is only Rs 20 upto 4 hours but this info has been intentionally not printed in the slip and from every single customer they charge 50 Rs.
    As we parked our car he demanded 50 though it was parked only for 20 min ..but we knew the rules and when we said to discuss the problem with the police then only they said to give Rs-20.
    I request the concerned authority to take strict action against this corruption .i am also uploading the reciept of my parking in which there is know information of rate from 0-4 hours..
    Kindly take the matter into notice and take strict action or use proper sign boards of rate list

    park the my bike Jodhpur railway station 24 Hour charges 40 Rupees but railway contractors as on board par day 20 rupees
    sir day means 24 hours ya 12 hours

    Charging RS 25 for car parking but as per rate chart and receipt it is RS 20 only.upon enquiry it has been informed that gst@18% also applicable but applicability of GST neither mentioned on rate chart nor on receipt.
    Even receipt also not returned back

    Railway should give a hard instruction that a charge list should be displayed and time to time should be checked by raily employee .
