Payment got deducted but my train ticket was not booked .

I do my payment my money was deducted from my bank account but my ticket was not booked successfully. I please take a look into this matter . UTS mobile app through i do my ticket from dhn to hwh my money was deducted .I do my payment 2 times it was 240 + 240 amount deducted from my account but showing payment were not processed .
