Sir I am sanjoy booked train ticket online and paid through paytm Rs60/ has been charged extra for only 2 sleeper ticket of Rs200/ paytm very often charges 30% extra for train ticket I want my refund please the transaction I'd are respectively 100001942931648 & 100001943078546 several time one97 communications charges 30% of the e ticket amount many of my friends are cheated like this one of my friend paid extra Rs649/ but he has not got his refund yet more then 6 months
