Not refund money by IRCTC train CDG SUP FAST

On 12/11/15 My 5 Tickets is booked in train name 'CDG SUP FAST' And Train No is 22451 and PNR no is: 8337637423 But i can not travel because only 1 ticket is confirm from the 5 tickets and chart is prepaid so i can not cancel the tickets so that i file TDR on 12-Nov-2015 at 12:34:56 HRS and register no.is 203151110361 so please refund my ticket amount as soon as possible
