Ndls railway station having upper class waiting lounge have two portions of waiting area and one is full another is having little space.
We 5 of them took ticlets to wait for an hour at this lounge.
We had to sit in area where a.c. is not working.
Now when i complaint to receptionist she both says we cannot do anything. your r free to complaint atvthe given complaint no.
At a capital city is this worth an answer with no solution
