I booked two retiring rooms no 101&108 at Allahabad Jn. for period 01/12/18(8pm) to 02/12/18(8pm) vide RR Ref no ALDRR1248142 (PNR no 2834896897).On 01/12/18 I checked in around 9pm and found the rooms in shabby condition - water leaking walls and very bad smell in the rooms. I lodged the complaint in the complaint book and immediately checked out. We shifted to a hotel. We faced many difficulties and also had to pay hefty amount for hotel rooms. I request for refund of Rs.2298/- paid for booking of retiring rooms.
