I(Shivam Saxena) had a retiring room ticket at BHOPAL JUNCTION (BPL) for 10th May 2019, RR Reference no.- BPLRR1379504, Transaction ID- 6000396576 , booked on 23 march 2019 worth Rs.152 which I cancelled on 1st may 2019 still not received the refund. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
