I was booked tiket for four passenger vide PNR No.6531686956 on 10/07/2019 to be travelled on 16/07/2019 by Hum Safar Train from Agartl to Kamakhya Rly. station. But unfortuntely train has been cancelled by Rilway authority due to which I n my family could not travelled. But amount for Rs.5700/- which paid for said ticket not yet refunded by Raly department. So I requesting Rly. authority to refund said amount immediately. regards.
