Modification Error against application form

When i used to modify my application through modification process it shows some server error or runtime error in edit application ...i paid my modification fee also...what to do now....is this modification fee refundable or not...please solve my issue...how i modify my application or what to do for the modification fee....this is not good...railways always submit their fee first...and then they do so...its complete failure of the railway ...or it is a fraud or cheating or a way of making money with this type of errors...fix these error as soon as possible...or refund the money...please help me asap.
