Lady stole the bag from baggage scanner at Metro Station chandplole.

On 22 October 2018, I took token from Metro Station chandpole to Mansarovar and while checking one lady had taken my polybag(had valuable cloths) from the baggage scanner situated there. Within Few seconds I informed the staff over there and after checking the CCTV they advised me that the train had departed and suggested me to contact the station controller(Ashish)and then I rushed to him thinking that he would help me. After meeting him I was disappointed as he was giving me excuses and not even tried to help me out.
He was pretending that he had informed the issue on every station however that was all fake as when I contacted the staff at aatish market none of them were aware of my bag lost issue. And after that nobody has contacted me.
Next morning I got missed calls and while contacting back Krishna(station controller) received the call and after explaining my issue to her she promised to contact me back as she had a little idea about my issue. After that no one contacted me.
Need resolution asap.
