On 12/9/2018, I tried to make railway reservations by using my DEBIT CARD through your PAYMENT GATEWAY for payment of railway fare,and the full fare was paid to Railways by debiting my Bank Account.However, the transaction did not materialize. When I contacted the IRCTC to ascertain the status of the refund of failed transaction, I was informed that the said refund of Rs.1115/-has already been credited into Bank on 13/9/2018underSettlement ID NO.200000190301081. in this connection I wish to inform you that the said refund has not been credited into my Bank Account so far.
As I am a Senior Citizen and I require funds for my medical expenses, I request you for kindly make necessary arrangements for crediting the above refund at your earliest convenience.
