Indian Railwar Refund not received against PNR No.2405833812

I had booked my ticket for Allahabad to Bhopal on dt. 22-06-15, but due to some accidental issue in Itarsy junction the scheduled train has cancelled by itself.So the ticked was automatically get cancelled, for which we should get the refund. But the ridiculous situation is that after lots of complains & even tweet still my refund is not been processed. Not only the refund issue, I am unable to track the cancelled PNR status as well, for which I had log a TDS complain as well.

So, its my request if you could help me on this, or you can guide me to approach in concerned department for the same.
