Complaint regarding TDR FILLED DUE TO TRAIN LATE BUT REJECTED

Dear Sir/Madam

This is a complaint regarding TDR filed by me for train late more than 3 Hours but Passenger not traveled against PNR Number 8301770356 from Allahabad to Ghaziabad but IRCTC rejected. According to the IRCTC I have traveled against PNR 8301770356 dated 29 Jan 2018.

In fact I traveled as on 30 Jan 2018 against PNR Number 2241916112 from Allahabad to Ghaziabad.

I made registry of a property as on 30 Jan 2018 in Meja Tehsil, Allahabad so in day I finished my work and in the evening I traveled.

Requesting you to please look into the matter.

My ticket price was Rs 375 + conveyance charges.

Requesting you to please punish IRCTC as they should give me compensation of Rs 1000+my ticket price back to me.
