COMPLAINT IRCTC NON REFUND OF RETIRING ROOM CHARGES ON CANCELLATION

I have cancelled retiring room booked (Transaction ID 0002688582 –JPRR911965) at Jaipur (JP) location on 13-12-2017 (the scheduled check-in date 14th to 16th December,2017) along with train ticket PNR No.2565284428. The cancellation of train ticket as well the retiring room was done on 13th (16.00 hrs) as against the scheduled check-in date 14th (20.00 hrs). IRCTC sent a mail saying retiring room was cancelled automatically due to cancellation of train ticket on which basis the retiring was booked. The train ticket was cancelled 28 hours before the scheduled check-in for the retiring room. Thus, I am eligible for refund of retiring charges as per cancellation policy. Surprisingly, You are stating that I am eligible for 0.00 refund.
Even after sending repeated mails put forthing the fact that I have cancelled the retiring romm one day before the occupation date there is no reply from IRCTC. This is strange and un-ethical. I request the authorities to arrange for refund.

    I booked retiring room for Jaipur(check in 25-06-2018 8pm to 26-06-2018 8am) having pnr number 8206134071.At station clerk told that ticket has cancelled due to maintenance, but no refund was credited to account.I request to authorities to arrange for refund.
