Hi,
My RTO driving License has dispatched from their office to deliver it to me by post. On 5th july 2019 I received one SMS mentioned 'your article with tracking number EM443947150IN is redirected to Nashik H.O.'. So I checked regarding this issue personally visiting three post offices in panchavati region. Panchavati S.O. :here they told me it is sent to Nashik H.O., so i went to NASHIK H.O. immediately, there they told me it will come to their office on next day. They also suggested me that to wait for 2-3 days, the license will go to Meri colony B.O. and then to RTO office. So i wait for 3 days again I tracked my article on indian post website there mentioned that article is out for delivery and when i called the corresponding postman from meri colony B.O. he told me that he had already returned my article to RTO office. And between these 5-6 days not a single postman called me regarding any address issue because while tracking it was showing 'redirected due to insufficient address'. So I finally went to RTO office,nashik and requested them to see if my license is there or not, after checking 'it was there'. So i said please give it to me then they demanded 50 rupees as parcel return charges and told me to fill one form about license return issue, submit adhaar card xerox copy, and 50 rupees and then take by hand. I would do this without any problem. But here problem is from their side, as i requested to see my article cover and checked on it whether address is there or not. And there was full address of my home already mentioned, then how post office is remarking insufficient address? Now I want my license at my home itself by post. I am putting tracking details of my article number till today 9th july 2019. Please help with my complaint.
