Missing parcels complaint against DTDC customer care

Dear Sir/Maam
I have booked 2 items ref. no.- M58093385, M58093384 in Aug 13th.. However the item was returned to origin due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. However i was out of India at that time to receive the returned items. But i enquired about the item through mails however no satisfactory answer was provided. in 2nd Jan I visited the DTDC booking center to collect my returned items but i was shocked by their response. one item was missing and other item was stolen from the parcel leaving only the box.
o=missing item was an t-shirt (value of 6500INR) and stolen item was JBL Everest V100BT Black (value 15000).
please help me recover the amounts.
