I had ordered for National Flag and made the payment of Rs 25 same day on 6 Aug 2022 on https://www.epostoffice.gov.in/Order/Order . SBI Bank Transaction number 15635557859IGAOBTXRU1 dated 6 Aug 2022, but the order list on the portal is showing PENDING PAYMENT. The Flag has not been delivered till date. Please help
