Not getting my parcel due to false report by Mohan garden post office.

Good afternoon sir/mam
I live in Mohan garden and I had ordered something from another city and I have been waiting for too long for that parcel. It shows it is out fr delivery and I wait for it but at the end of the day it shows the door was locked although it isn't the case. No one give notice of being here in my area , they don't even ring a bell or call me .How am I supposed to get my parcel then do I have to wait outside for whole day . It isn't logical .I need my parcel or compensation as soon as possible .
