I have complaint against Government post Of India - License RTO, Osmanabad

Dear sir/Madam,

My license (DL No. MH25 20120002129) is collected by Goa police and sent to Registered Transport Office, Osmanabad on dated 25/09/2018.

I went to RTO Osmanabad twice but they replied we didn't get your license. Then I have complaint against Government post Of India. They replied that your parcel delivered on 27/09/2018 to RTO Osmbanabad. But till
date I didn't get.
