My wife's driving license and Scotty's RC book we are waiting from last one year.
We visited dozens of time to both visar/sarawali post office but the answer was same "we didn't received any such documents."
But when we visited RTO office virar they directed us to virar post office where we are surprised as per their records both documents are at boisar post office.
