Wrongly charged for a BBM plan since nov 2014 which recently came to my notice. When I confronted vodafone, They are denying the fact that they have done a mistake and offering me a refund for only one month rental of 399 INR. I have paid vodafone over 9177 INR over the last two years. They do not want to admit their mistake of keeping the plan active with-out my notice. They are cheating the customers.
