I had ordered medicines worth 347rs from medlife in October. I returned medicines worth 299rs. The pick up was done after 20 days. And refund of only 211rs was given. I have been writing to them from the day I have received the partial refund. I have the acknowledgement as well as the details of items returned in the app itself. Even in tweeter and emails they say that they have provided complete refund. They are not ready to pay the remaining balance.
