Nestaway is not refunding security deposit

Hi Team

This complain is against Nestaway Ramamurthy Nagar - Bagalur Mansion 402 flat. I have left the flat 4th July 2020. It been more than 12 days Nestaway team is not responding, advance deposit of rupeeye 56000/- they took now they are not refunding even I have raised ticket for the same even nobody is reponding to the ticket. All the paintings work I have done from my end, now I am in need of money during this covid-19 situation.

Could you please help me in resolving this situation.

    Sir,
    With reference to above I vacated Flat B4/301, B BLOCK, KLJ GREENS, SECTOR 77, FARIDABAD HARYANA-121101 on 29/05/2023. But still my security deposit Rs.13000.00 not returned. Many Times I contacted with Area Manager, but still I not received my security deposit. kindly credit my security deposit immediately.
