I have booked 5 rooms in Indraprastham Houseboat in Alleppey, Kerala for Rs.20240. Seeing the recent weather conditions in Kerala, we had to cancel our trip. But GoIbibo is not ready to refund our amount. The Kerala government itself is asking not to come to Kerala for any trip. Also the Nehru boat race in Alleppey is postponed due the weather. The only thing they say is Boatman is saying that Alleppey is safe, just to save his money and Goibibo is not at all ready to refund. We are not cancelling it on purpose, but out of compulsion. How can we risk our lives and go there?
They have raised a tracking ticket - Goibibo - 29172103 and keep calling once a day just to apologize.
