Good day,
I had purchased a dining table,shoe rack and side table for an amount of ₹26000.
I had availed a HDFC consumer durable loan.
When the dining table was delivered home, it was found to be in damaged condition,so I requested for a return and I went to the Royal Oak showroom in electronic city, Bangalore to settle the payment for the remaining 2 furnitures.
I made a payment for the remaining 2 furnitures and obtained a receipt for it.
The royal oak showroom sales executive assured me that the Hdfc loan will be canceled in 2 working days.
Its been a month still they haven't canceled the loan and I got a message from Hdfc bank saying that the emi amount of ₹ 3260 will be debited soon. Also they debited 118 as my ecs mandate from my savings bank account
Kindly help me regarding this matter
