ITech solutions complaint to refund my money

I registered a job in http:/gred.co.in/karnat for a project manager.today I received a registered post from ITech solutions,(1996/4-A,1stfloor sonabazar bhagirath palace,delhi-110006. The address is totally fake . And I received the letter in name Karnataka agro development corp CALL LETTER and to receive the letter I had to pay rs 524.I paid and recieved the letter. And letter consist of chain link based job instead of recieving hall ticket and they have only given Thier email it's too fake . I request you to grant justice for being cheated and to refund my money
