DEAR SIR,
I BOOKED A TICKET ON REDBUS USING AMAZON PAY ON 31ST DECEMBER 2017 (9 O CLOCK),BUT THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED AND THE BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED FROM AMAZON PAY WALLET.
THEN THE COMPANY MESSAGE STATED THAT AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN 2 WORKING DAYS.
I ALREADY CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE 3 TO 4 TIMES,BUT OF NO USE MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS,BUT ON 3RD DAY THE OFFER OF 25% CASHBACK WAS CREDITED TO WALLET WHICH IS 100 RUPEES.
BECAUSE OF COMPANY'S FAULT MY 3 DAYS WERE WASTED AND IAM IN BPL CATEGORY SO AMOUNT OF 570 IS HEAVY ON ME,I WAS WAITING FOR REFUNDING AMOUNT TO REBOOK THE TICKET BUT THE REFUND WAS NOT TAKEN PLACE AND I HAVE MISSED IMPORTANT FUNCTION AND SEMINAR.
SO I NEED COMPENSATION TEN TIMES THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT, BECAUSE THESE COMPANY'S DONT KNOW THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER'S PRECIOUS TIME.
I ATTACHED ALL THE DETAILS.
PLEASE SOLVE IT QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
